Your Halifax Thunderbirds “Swarmed” Georgia 12-7 Saturday night on the road and are now one win away from the National Lacrosse League Finals!
The semi-final best of three action continues with Game 2 this coming Saturday night, May 9th at 7pm and Game 3, if necessary, will be this Mother’s Day Sunday, May 10th at 7pm, both in the Nest here in Halifax as Georgia’s arena is not available.
In the other semi-final series, Sunday night the San Diago Seals beat the Toronto Rock 11-6 to tie that series at 1 in the best of three, with Game 3 in Toronto this Saturday.
So we’ll see ya in the Nest this Saturday Nest Nation to Feel the Thunder!
