Crew onboard HMCS Halifax were still waiting to hit dry land as of Tuesday morning.
The vessel just came back from a six month deployment in Europe but those are board weren’t able to get off due to a positive COVID-19 case just before they docked.
All crew are doubled vaccinated but they needed to have swabs on Monday.
They are waiting for results before getting the all clear to go home.
